I have a client website that includes a menuing system written in javascript. When WMM crawls the site, it "sees" the .js files, but doesn't "run" them to find out what content will be rendered; the result is, there are some pages of content WMM is unable to import into the project. Is there a way to modify the WMM settings so that it can import asp pages that are rendered by .js files?

JavaScript is a server side script which we cannot import using the crawl method. Crawling is going through the HTML pages, but WMM is not capable of running server side scripts.

Actually, the issue isn't that black and white. If you look in the Website Migration Manager documentation, there are some examples of the types of Javascript links that can be crawled and those that can't.
